Course Registration

Virtual registration includes: access to all joint sessions, meeting materials, handouts and recordings.

Detailed connection information will be sent to you via email on the week of the event.

In-person registration includes: access to all joint sessions, breakfast and lunch on each day of the course, access to exam prep sessions

(in the morning in Kingston and at the end of the day in Vancouver), access to a simulation, meeting materials, handouts and recordings.

 

All fees are in Canadian dollars, and are subject to 5% GST.
